The role manages customer product returns and reverse logistics, coordinating with carriers, classifying returned products, entering goods into SAP, monitoring operator SLAs, controlling pending invoices and merchandise, and completing return processes. It requires secondary or higher education in logistics, administration, or related fields; experience with returns and reverse logistics is desirable; intermediate Excel and warehouse/logistics knowledge are required, while SAP knowledge is a plus.
