Description
The role provides in-person or remote customer service to cooperados and prospective cooperados, answers low-complexity account questions, supports account and customer-record processes, handles correspondence and documents, and manages cash operations. It also participates in business prospecting and the sale of products and services, excluding investments. The position requires studies in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related areas and CPA certification, and offers benefits including food allowance, health insurance, life insurance, education and child allowances, private pension, and PPR.
