Description
The role supports Assaí’s retail operations by developing computer programs, troubleshooting cash-counter systems, managing IT service requests, assisting with equipment and accessory issues, supporting TI technicians, monitoring the RUB system, and updating store systems. It requires a current or completed Informatics or Information Technology degree, at least 18 years of age, and general experience with information technology, systems, and networks.
