The role involves analyzing processes, defining negotiation strategies and margins, contacting the opposing party, preparing and sending proposals, obtaining internal approvals, drafting and reviewing settlement agreements, verifying values, deadlines and obligations, collecting signatures, recording protocols, monitoring agreement performance, controlling payments and deadlines, updating internal systems, and handling breach or renegotiation cases. The position requires at least seven periods of professional experience, proactivity and attentiveness, and post-sentença experience is a differentiator.
