Description
The role performs sample collection and preparation, physical and chemical analysis of ore, identification of deviations, database entry, and support for bauxite, water, hazardous-materials, and wastewater-quality-control activities. It also involves monitoring and controlling water quality through chlorination, maintaining laboratory organization, and supporting environmental, safety, and quality procedures. The position requires completed secondary education and shift availability, with a chemistry technical course or CNH B preferred.
