Description
SPIN is hiring an Assisting Director to support the leadership and operational management of its Behavioral Health Arrangement. The role assists with program development, implementation, evaluation, compliance, staff training, budget planning, reporting, and coordination with clinical, administrative, family, and community stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of behavioral health program management or administration experience, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft or other Windows-based programs. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on-call and weekend rotation availability.
