Description
The role leads manufacturing improvement projects, including process and equipment changes, Lean system design, project execution, startup transitions, training, documentation, and Process Safety Management. It requires at least two years of engineering experience, strong process and communication skills, and leadership in production, safety, quality, and Lean manufacturing. The salary target is $85,000 to $105,000 with bonus eligibility, and benefits are available after 30 days of employment.
