Empower is hiring an Associate Internal Sales Director for the Core market to support the Internal Sales Desk serving wholesalers, constituent advisors, TPAs, and plan sponsors. The role focuses on meeting sales goals, developing consultative selling and data-management skills, processing proposals and paperwork, and preparing for promotion to an Internal Sales Director. Applicants need FINRA 6 and 63 registrations, fingerprinting, and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. The position offers a base salary of $43,600 to $60,025, medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, tuition reimbursement, and other leave and paid-time benefits.
