Description
The Associate Nurse Manager/ME6 is a Registered Nurse role in the ME6 Mixed Acuity unit at Miami Valley Hospital, working the 7:00 PM–7:30 AM shift for 80 hours per pay. The position supervises a nursing care team, supports the Nurse Manager, coordinates staffing and productivity, conducts nurse leader rounding, and executes quality-improvement activities. It requires a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or BSN completion within five years, a valid Ohio RN license, current BLS certification, and 1–3 years of job-related experience.
