Description
The Associate Nurse Manager - Inpatient Unit serves as an extension of the Nurse Manager in the Observation Unit at Miami Valley Hospital. The role supervises a nursing care team, supports nursing leadership and change initiatives, manages staffing and productivity, coaches and mentors staff, and drives patient experience and quality improvement activities. The position requires a BSN or enrollment within five years of hire, a valid Ohio RN license, current BLS, and at least two years of hospital-based RN experience.
