Description
Mattel is hiring an Oracle ERP Developer to design, develop, customize, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain Oracle ERP systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, or Oracle NetSuite. The role works with business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, and stakeholders across implementation and post-go-live phases, including data migration, middleware, APIs, workflows, reporting, performance tuning, and security. The developer must work onsite four days per week in Hyderabad during the United States Eastern Time zone and hold a bachelor’s degree plus 3–7 years of Oracle ERP development experience, including at least 2 years on ERP implementation projects.
