Organon is hiring one regular Associate Specialist Analytical Method Validation (AMV) in Quality Control. The role coordinates and prioritizes laboratory testing activities, executes and approves validation and verification projects, prepares and reviews protocols and reports, investigates deviations, supports CAPAs, interprets analytical data, and trains laboratory personnel. It requires a bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry or a related field, strong Dutch and English communication, and at least five years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
