The Associate Technician is an entry-level laboratory role supporting technicians and engineers with hands-on hardware fabrication and testing. Responsibilities include machining, soldering, brazing, welding, leak checking, electrical setup, hardware assembly, drawing interpretation, quality documentation, and laboratory testing. The position requires a two-year technical degree and less than five years of work experience, and is based on-site in Lancaster.
