Description
The Associate 2 will work on dedicated US audit engagement teams, applying industry-specific audit procedures and accounting knowledge to deliver high-quality work within agreed turnaround times. The role includes raising issues, mentoring junior associates, performing upfront reviews, coordinating with US and ET points of contact, incorporating Quality and Risk Management feedback, improving audit work papers and processes, and participating in firm initiatives. Candidates must be qualified as CA or CPA, hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting with a first division, and have either 0–1 year of post-qualification experience with strong Article ship experience from a mid-size or Big 4 firm, or at least 2 years of relevant experience with other certifications. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability, the ability to work under tight timelines and on weekends, and willingness to travel to the United States.
