Spring11, an affiliate of Newmark, is looking for an Associate to join their asset management team. This role involves supporting the team on a diverse portfolio of transitional commercial loan assets, including ground-up construction. Responsibilities include commercial real estate analysis, debt underwriting, monitoring performance against budgets and covenants, coordinating with third parties, reviewing draw requests, monitoring operational properties, completing asset updates, creating credit committee presentations, collaborating to achieve goals, and mentoring junior staff.
