The role involves advising on conventional and Shariah-compliant derivatives, structured derivatives, repo transactions, structured finance, and regulatory matters; drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements such as ISDA master agreements, trade confirmations, credit support documentation, and derivative trading agreements. The ideal candidate is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales, has experience at a top-tier UK, US, or international law firm focused on derivatives and structured finance, and possesses strong knowledge of derivatives products and financial markets.
