The Tony Blair Institute for Global Change is hiring Associates based in its Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates hubs, with regional mobility expected as projects arise. Associates support strategy, policy, and delivery projects for political leaders and governments by conducting research and analysis, developing client deliverables, engaging stakeholders, creating project-management tools, tracking performance, supporting business development and project inception, and helping implement new initiatives. The role seeks professionals with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical, problem-solving, project-delivery, communication, client-management, and team-development skills, plus expertise in areas such as geopolitics, economics, artificial intelligence and technology, defence and security, or government transformation.
