Description

The client is looking for a mid-to-senior associate lawyer to join their Litigation Practice Group in either Los Angeles or Salt Lake City. The ideal candidate will have over four years of recent business litigation experience from a law firm, be licensed to practice in California, and possess strong writing skills along with excellent academic credentials.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4+ years of recent business litigation experience from a law firm.
Experience in pre-trial motions in both Federal and State courts.
Must have case management experience;
Preferred Qualifications: Strong negotiating skills;
Ability to learn new substantive legal topics as needed are required;
Ability to provide effective and reliable legal services to clients and supervising attorneys;
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing;
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines;
Strong organization and matter management skills;
Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team.
