Caleres is hiring an Associate Account Merchant in St. Louis, Missouri to support retail partnerships, analyze business performance, and drive assortment and inventory strategies. The role includes account and assortment planning, sales and inventory reporting, replenishment, buying operations, markdowns, dropship setup, and analysis of categories, regions, climates, and consumer feedback. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, inventory and Open to Buy planning experience, and the ability to travel 10–25%.
