Description
Generate Capital is hiring an Associate, Acquisitions & Development to lead financial analysis, diligence, structuring, and closing support for distributed and behind-the-meter energy assets, while also supporting commercial origination for data center developers, hyperscalers, and large power consumers. The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, hands-on distributed or BTM asset underwriting, project finance and tax equity modeling, and strong analytical and communication skills. The stated base salary range is $140,000–$160,000, with possible discretionary bonus and benefits.
