Description
The Associate AD – Director of Athletic Development & Operations will oversee the day-to-day operation of Old Dominion University’s athletic fundraising team, including the Annual Fund campaign, donor relations and stewardship, ticketing, premium seating, re-seating, parking, hospitality, and other donor benefits. The role supervises the Director of Annual Fund, Assistant Director of Athletic Donor Relations and Stewardship, and Director of Premium Seating and Special Events, while maintaining annual and major-gift donor portfolios and overseeing sport-specific fundraising, including endowments, capital, planned gifts, revenue share, and NIL. The position is full-time in Norfolk, Virginia, and requires a master’s degree or equivalent experience, progressively responsible athletic development experience, and some collegiate athletics experience.
