RBC Dominion Securities is hiring a full-time Associate Advisor for its Marine Gateway branch in Vancouver. The role supports an Investment Advisor team by preparing client meetings, providing proactive client service, handling account inquiries, developing business and client-service plans, identifying asset-consolidation and referral opportunities, supporting new client acquisition, managing Centers of Influence and RBC partners, assisting with trading and portfolio rebalancing, conducting market research, and coordinating the Wealth Management process. Candidates must be approved as a Registered Representative with IIROC, have at least two years of investment-industry experience, hold the Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam, CIRE, and the Retail Securities Exam, hold a university degree, and communicate in English and Mandarin. The expected base salary is $38,000-$60,000, with discretionary variable incentive payments potentially up to 1.5x base salary.
