Prominence Advisors and Tegra Analytics are hiring an Associate Analyst to support life sciences clients across commercial sales operations, incentive compensation, and performance analytics. The role involves preparing sales and compensation reports, validating data, supporting plan design and administration, preparing client materials, tracking project work, and performing Excel and SQL analysis and quality checks. It is a foundational, client-facing position with guidance from senior team members, requiring a bachelor’s degree, Excel proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
