Description
Dow is hiring an Associate Analytical Technician in Hahnville, Louisiana to provide analytical data for product release, quality management, and process and product optimization in a plant MPQ laboratory. The role performs routine and non-routine testing using gas chromatography, titrations, and spectrometry; documents results in OpenLab and Microsoft tools; follows environmental, safety, quality, and analytical work processes; calibrates and maintains analytical systems; and monitors equipment. It requires an associate degree in a science discipline with at least 20 chemistry hours or three or more years of relevant military experience, the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime, and a TWIC card or eligibility to obtain one. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.
