Greystar is hiring an early-career Associate Analytics Engineer for its D²AI team to turn data into products that support business decisions. The role involves using SQL, Python, Databricks, and AI-enabled tools to build dashboards, predictive models, lightweight web applications, data models, and analytics products; validating data quality; collaborating with technical and business partners; and presenting findings. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, 0–2 years of relevant experience, strong SQL and Python skills, exposure to data visualization tools, and hands-on experience with AI tools. The position offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 USD annually plus potential bonuses and benefits.
