Emergence Software Technologies is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate, M&A to own investment banking and private equity deal workstreams from opportunity qualification through post-close value creation. The role covers LBO modeling, financial and operational diligence, investment theses, IC materials, deal negotiation, legal coordination, and portfolio company support. Candidates need 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong LBO and financial analysis skills, a bachelor's degree in a related analytical discipline, and strong communication abilities; the position is hybrid and based in Latin America.
