Freshfields is hiring an antitrust litigation associate in London to work on cartel damages, abuse of dominance, collective proceedings, class actions, and other competition litigation matters in UK courts and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. The role involves drafting pleadings and expert reports, managing significant cases, coordinating with experts and barristers, participating in mediations and settlement discussions, supporting business development, and mentoring junior lawyers and trainees. Candidates should be qualified lawyers in England and Wales or a common law jurisdiction, ideally with 2–4 PQE, and demonstrate strong technical, commercial, communication, teamwork, and business-development abilities.
