BlackRock is hiring an ETF Product Development Manager to advance iShares and BlackRock ETF product development across the APAC region. The role covers product enhancements, creation and redemption processes, primary-market oversight, quantitative analysis, risk management, product structuring, and engagement with fund administrators, authorized participants, market makers, and other ETF ecosystem partners. Candidates should have financial-services experience, knowledge of ETF products and asset classes, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. The position follows a hybrid model requiring at least four days in the office per week.
