Description
Celonis is hiring an Applied (AI) Value Engineer for its Value Engineering team to work with strategic customers in the Nordics region. The role involves AI discovery and solutioning, prototyping and hackathon work, agentic process transformation, proof-of-value projects, business-impact presentations, and project implementation. The position starts on 1 February 2027, begins in Madrid for an onboarding period of two years, and may relocate to Stockholm or Copenhagen; it includes travel to meet customers. The role requires a STEM degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, Python and machine-learning knowledge, strong communication skills, and fluency in English plus at least one Nordic language.
