Legora is hiring an Applied Behavioural Researcher to study how lawyers and legal teams adopt and develop proficiency with AI tools. The role involves designing and running mixed-methods studies, building surveys and interview protocols, analyzing usage and outcome data, translating findings into product and customer-enablement recommendations, and communicating results to leadership. It is a hands-on, mid-level position requiring applied social science or related quantitative/qualitative methods experience, mixed-methods research skills, Python and data-analysis ability, and experience in a large or enterprise technology environment.
