Marx Okubo is hiring an Associate Architect in Denver to serve as a technical team member and project lead for commercial building projects. The role involves building envelope reviews, construction and condition evaluations, contract-document analysis, formal reporting, client and consultant collaboration, and site travel. The position is hybrid, with office attendance two days per week, on-site visits as needed, and remote work for the remainder of the week. A bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture is required, while 7–12 years of industry-related experience is preferred. The starting base salary is $100,000–$130,000, with 100% paid health insurance premiums and a 401(k) contribution match.
