Hassell is seeking an Associate Architect for its Melbourne studio to lead complex architectural projects and significant workstreams from concept through completion. The role involves guiding multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, programme, resources, budgets and risk, engaging clients and stakeholders, contributing to business development, and mentoring architects and emerging designers. Candidates need an architecture degree and Australian architect registration or eligibility, substantial experience leading complex Australian projects and multidisciplinary teams, strong design and project delivery capabilities, and proficiency with Revit and BIM-enabled delivery.
