Blue Matter is hiring an Associate / Associate Consultant in its Analytics practice to support pharmaceutical and life sciences clients with data-driven solutions. The role involves executing analyses, building models, managing and cleaning datasets, creating dashboards and visualizations, translating findings into reports and presentations, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have a quantitative background, 0–4 years of relevant experience depending on the Associate level, and proficiency with statistical or analytical tools such as Python, R, SQL, SAS, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. The position offers a base salary of $70,000–$130,000 per year and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
