Description
The Associate will lead Barclays’ Regulatory Reporting team in Mumbai, overseeing the preparation, submission, accuracy, and automation of corporate and investment banking regulatory returns and credit exposure reporting. The role includes managing 100+ regulatory returns, supporting RBI ADF and RBI CIMS automation projects, strengthening controls, managing stakeholders, and developing and motivating the reporting team. Candidates need banking or financial-services regulatory reporting or operations experience, strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills, MS Office proficiency, and a graduate, postgraduate, or MBA qualification.
