Description
Colliers is hiring a Real Estate Sales Associate to support commercial leasing, marketing, and sales activities. The role involves cold calling, prospecting, lead follow-up, database maintenance, networking, proposal and lease review, presentation preparation, and eventual independent management of sales transactions. Applicants must be licensed or in the process of obtaining an Ohio real estate license, have CRM and Microsoft Excel experience, and be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The position is a 1099 independent contractor role that is 100% commission-based and does not offer visa sponsorship.
