Colliers is hiring a 1099 independent contractor for a commission-based commercial real estate sales role. The position involves cold calling, prospecting, lead follow-up, database maintenance, networking, proposal and lease review, presentation preparation, and eventual independent management of sales transactions. Applicants need at least one year of relevant sales experience, a California real estate license or license-in-process, CRM and Microsoft Excel experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The role is 100% commission-based and does not offer visa sponsorship.
