Keoghs Scotland is recruiting a 5-10 PQE solicitor for a hybrid role in Glasgow covering healthcare and large loss matters. The solicitor will manage pre-litigation and litigated clinical negligence and large loss claims for insurers and corporate risk clients, prepare advice and court documents, conduct forensic analysis, liaise with clients and experts, negotiate settlements, and appear in court. The role requires 5-10 years of litigation experience, experience in the Sheriff court and Court of Session, and experience with clinical negligence or large loss claims.
