The Associate will support DHL Global Forwarding, Freight’s Global Shared Services operations in Mumbai by handling documentation, shipment details, registration and invoice declarations, invoice and costing, data validation and enrichment, and global customer support. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 0–3 years of BPO or logistics experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, English communication skills, and attention to detail; ERP experience is preferred.
