Description

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking an experienced Associate with a focus on HK IPO work to join their Greater China Corporate team. The role involves providing multijurisdictional advice and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory practices during high-profile and cross-border initial public offerings and listings. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer with US and/or HK side experience, possess an excellent academic record, strong communication skills, and fluency in both English and Mandarin.
