Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: three years of post-qualifying experience as a corporate Equity Capital Market lawyer with US and/or HK side experience.

Preferred Qualifications: An excellent academic record, strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are also required to be effective in this role;
Fluency in English and Mandarin required (spoken and written);
