Description
Isaacson, Miller is recruiting an Associate to support executive search projects across higher education, healthcare, arts and culture, and nonprofit leadership. The Associate works with Partners and Search Coordinators on client scoping, candidate research and networking, screening, reference checks, due diligence, candidate communication, database management, and client presentations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, two to six years of progressively responsible professional experience, strong communication and project-management skills, and the ability to work across diverse constituencies. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year, with every hire starting at $80,000, plus non-contributory health and dental benefits and participation in a profit-sharing pension plan and employee stock ownership plan.
