Create an effortless, inspiring and productive shopping experience by demonstrating product knowledge and building customer relationships to enhance the shopping experience. Build customer loyalty and follow up with them. Promote and demonstrate teamwork in all shopping areas to ensure seamless customer service. Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, and create a lasting impression on customers. Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of stock availability and customer requests, and provide merchandise information or feedback to the store management team. Understand, adopt and reinforce brand standards. Support and consolidate activities to ensure a safe working environment.
