The role builds financial models, diligence and post-merger integration materials, tracks portfolio KPIs, supports integration planning, and manages executive operations including board materials, cross-functional projects, and leadership communications. It is a hybrid position based in Chicago, Illinois, with travel to portfolio company sites and leadership offsites, and offers a base compensation of $120,000-$140,000 plus variable compensation.
