Studio 103 is hiring an Associate to join its Interior Design Team in Brisbane. The role leads and oversees multiple commercial, workplace, retail, hospitality, and residential projects from concept through completion; drives design quality, budgets, programmes, resourcing, and quality assurance; manages clients and stakeholders; develops designers; and contributes to business development and studio growth. The position reports to the Design Director and requires a degree in Interior Design or a related discipline, at least seven years of senior interior design experience, project leadership experience, strong people leadership and commercial skills, and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office 365.
