Description
The Associate will drive Plug and Play’s innovation execution by leading startup scouting and selection, delivering benchmarking and trend analysis, supporting investment due diligence, and executing startup–client matchmaking and event logistics. The role also involves mentoring junior associates and interns, sharing best practices, and contributing to vertical growth initiatives. Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience, a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with significant experience, Finnish language skills, and advanced English proficiency.
