Description
The Associate will drive Plug and Play’s innovation programs by managing pre-acceleration and incubation cohorts, supporting founders, sourcing and evaluating startups, facilitating corporate introductions, and organizing pitch days and networking events. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in venture capital, consulting, innovation, or client-facing project management, full professional English fluency, and preferably a master’s degree in a related field or a bachelor’s degree with significant relevant experience.
