Description
The Associate will drive Plug and Play’s innovation path by leading startup scouting and selection, delivering benchmarking and trend analysis, supporting deal teams, executing startup–client matchmaking, managing events and project delivery, and mentoring junior associates and interns. The role requires 2–3 years of experience in venture capital, consulting, innovation, or client-facing project management, a relevant bachelor’s degree or master’s degree, measurable-stakeholder management ability, and full professional English fluency.
