Description
The Associate, Asset Management role supports Asset Managers in maximizing real estate value through business planning, lease negotiations, tenant credit reviews, financial and Argus modeling, portfolio performance monitoring, capital transaction support, and compliance oversight. The position requires at least four years of real estate management or development experience, knowledge of real estate and financial analysis, advanced Excel modeling, and proficiency in Argus, with 0–25% travel as needed.
