Description
The Associate will support high-impact consulting projects across brand, marketing, customer experience, and business transformation, helping to frame problems, develop strategic approaches, analyze market and customer dynamics, create client-ready deliverables, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to business development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong business acumen, communication and storytelling skills, experience leading others, comfort with ambiguity, and familiarity with AI tools or GenAI applications. The position requires at least three days per week in the office or at a client site and offers a salary of $80,000–$85,000.
