Richardson Wealth is hiring an Associate to support investment advisors in a fast-paced financial advisory team in the downtown Toronto office. The role involves preparing investment reports, supporting trading, handling account and tax documentation, coordinating with tax accountants, and providing client service. Candidates need 3–5 years of financial services experience, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business/Economics or a related field, CIRO Investment Representative licensing, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work from the Toronto office at least two days per week. The expected annualized base salary is $60,000–$90,000, with health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
